RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your timely return. dalia.us will accept items for exchange or credit within 10 days of purchase. Returned merchandise must include original dalia packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Sale items are non-returnable.
Returns and exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a credit by email. Shipping and processing charges on returned items will not be refunded. Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.
To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
All returns/claims require a Return Authorization (RA) number. To claim yours, contact our Customer Service department at 1-512-263-9929 or follow these simple steps:
1- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
2- Indicate your name, order # and phone number
3- Wait for your Return Authorization ( RA ) number, sent via email
4- Please include a copy of your RA inside the package and make sure the RA Number is written clearly on the outside of the package.
Please Note: For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier ( i.e, FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post ) and retain your receipt. dalia is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Shipment Timing- Two Day, Three Day and Overnight Delivery refers only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order. While most orders are ready for shipping within one day of ordering, some orders take additional time. UPS only delivers Monday-Friday, therefore Overnight Deliveries shipped on a Friday will arrive on Monday.
Special Shipping Notes- Please note that UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Shipping times are approximate. dalia is open Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Shipping fees for orders sent to Alaska and Hawaii will be calculated and charged at different rates. Shipping rates are calculated after you have added items to your cart and filled in the shipping address information.
USPS – US Post- Please be aware that delivery on this shipping option might take longer. dalia is not responsible for any loss during the shipping process.
International Shipping Notes- International shipments are subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country's taxes, tariffs and duties. These fees are not associated with dalia jewelry and are to be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
VAT & International Duties- For U.S. orders, sales tax will be calculated at checkout.For non-U.S. orders, dalia does not collect sales tax. The purchaser is regarded as an importer and must comply with the laws and requirements of the country in which they are receiving the products. The customer will be responsible for the cost of any customs duties and/or sales taxes related to their dalia jewelry shipment.
dalia jewelry will gladly repair and/or replace any problem resulting from a production or design flaw at no charge. The warranty is extended to a full year after purchase from our online store. After the warranty period, we will also repair and/or replace stones and clean or polish jewelry at a flat fee of $30.
Jewelry damaged due to wear and tear from customer use will not be replaced, but can be repaired at our discretion. Although we are unable to custom-produce lost or missing parts, we will offer similar parts or replacements when possible.
Please Note: All jewelry is repaired overseas by our skilled craftspeople in Asia. Turnaround time is approximately 8-12 weeks.
To request a dalia jewelry repair:
1- Send an email to email@example.com
2- Include your name, telephone number, order id# and a brief description of the problem.
3- We will respond with instructions on how to proceed.
4- A Return Authorization Number will be issued and is required for all returns.
5- Please include a copy of your RA inside the package and make sure the RA Number is written clearly on the outside of the package.
6- If your item has purchased within the last 10 days, there will be no charge for the repair.
Please Note: Because our items are made by hand with specially selected stones and other elements, we may not be able to repair older styles due to unavailable components.
GIFT CERTIFICATE/PROMOCODE POLICIES
dalia jewelry Gift Certificates/Promocodes can be used one time per person only. dalia Gift Certificates/Promocodes are limited to one per customer. dalia Gift Certificates/Promocodes cannot be used on SALE merchandise. Multiple Promocodes cannot be used for purchases. Gift Certificates/Promocodes are for dalia.us.com purchases only.
We will not sell, share or trade any information you supply to us with a third party. Any information we collect is used to provide you with a better shopping experience and to facilitate us in fulfillment operations. From time to time, we may send sale information, product updates, etc. via US mail and/or electronically via email. If you would prefer not to receive these promotional items, you may opt out via an online form or by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org with "REMOVE" as the subject header.
